As a health and wellness coach, I will be your partner in creating a plan to meet your goals. By using behavior-change techniques, I’ll help you improve your quality of life and your well-being. Flexible scheduling
Sessions will be weekly for one hour long. I offer:
In-person coaching: Sessions can be held in my office in Riverdale in the Bronx, in your home, or in another location of your preference.
Virtual / video-based coaching: Sessions from the comfort of your own home.
Group coaching: I offer group coaching if you have friends or coworkers who want to join you.
Weight loss
If your goal is to lose weight, a behavioral program would include:
A calorie reduction plan.
An individualized exercise program.
Behavioral strategies.
Extra support
I can provide extra support through telephone calls, texts, or emails to keep you accountable with your “homework” or goals between sessions.

Personal training sessions.
Running programs for beginner to advanced runners from 5kms and Marathons.
We will work together to reach your goals.
Analyze.
Analyzing your selected behavior changes into manageable steps towards your health goals.
Plan.
Establishing a plan using SMART goals which will be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time bound.
Act.
Defining systems of accountability, recognizing potential barriers, exploring strategies for overcoming obstacles, and planning ahead actions so you can stick with your plan or program.
