As a health and wellness coach, I will be your partner in creating a plan to meet your goals. By using behavior-change techniques, I’ll help you improve your quality of life and your well-being. Flexible scheduling

Sessions will be weekly for one hour long. I offer:

  • In-person coaching: Sessions can be held in my office in Riverdale in the Bronx, in your home, or in another location of your preference.

  • Virtual / video-based coaching: Sessions from the comfort of your own home.

  • Group coaching: I offer group coaching if you have friends or coworkers who want to join you.

Weight loss

If your goal is to lose weight, a behavioral program would include:

  • A calorie reduction plan.

  • An individualized exercise program.

  • Behavioral strategies.

Extra support

I can provide extra support through telephone calls, texts, or emails to keep you accountable with your “homework” or goals between sessions.
